WILL NOT OPEN - I WANT A REFUND

After I paid for the themes extension - the app will not open - Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting the phone. Your app support website has NOTHING in the support page and the other link takes me to a Twitter blog or something (I dont have a twitter account)

I have an iPhone 5S with 1.0.4 installed.

Please fix or refund me.
