Cant delete tasks

There is no option to delete tasks, so once youve put one in you can either move it to the next day, or strike a line through it and then have that cluttering up your list.
When you download the app there are ~10 tasks in there already, and you cant delete them. At least for the first day, youll have 10 lines of text with a line through each one, making your list cluttered.
